Hi everyone, I live in central illinois I extracted some honey tonight from a few supers and the the honey is white. does anyone know why and from what flowers it came from.

Is there any Cotton being grown in the area around your hives?

i have some hives on cotton; does this mean my honey is going yo be white?

Do you think maybe brood was extracted as well? That would make it cloudy.

All I know for sure is black locust is clear like water and has a VERY mild flavor.
