Provo swarm removal.
« on: May 15, 2012, 10:28:15 am »
I was able to do another swarm removel with my daughter yesterday. This swarm was 20 feet up in a tree. I was able to use the swarm pole to get them down. Hope you enjoy.

That's about the cutest thing I've ever seen! Thanks for posting it!

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

She's 6, she had been stung a few time and still doesn't mind playing with the bees. Her and her sister got there own top bar hive this year to work with. Once their bee suits show up that will fit them I will take some video of them playing in their hive and post it.

I wish I would have one much sooner. It is now one of the best and most used tools in my swarm catching list. Sure beats having to try and use a ladder. The last three high swarms I have been able to use making the removal that much faster.

Good video.   Good job training her.  My kid will just walk up on the hives without his suit on.       Pine pollen heavy now?
