We dry alot of different things but 2 of my favorites are cherries in spring to add to salads and banana slices to eat like chips.

Okra does real well, flavored with your choice of what ever can be eaten as is dried as a trail snack.don2

Okra needs to be pickled hot as a snack, not in a trail mix.
