Title: 11:11, does it mean something to you?
Post by: mizkidmas on May 02, 2006, 07:38:53 pm
Just wondering if any of you out there experience seeing numbers like 11:11 or 555, or othere triples.
If you do, what do you think about them or what meaning do they hold for you?

Ummm... no not really. I often find numbers that are related, for instance my student number, scout number, and ss all have the same three numbers in common as the number of most recent pizza delivery.  Random stuff like that.  But I don't really look at the clock and say'(gasp) it's 10:10!'.   :)

just curious...I've been reading about it on the internet. Just wondering if anyone had any comment on it.   thanks for responding.

Where have you been reading this and what does it say about it? Is it some paranormal thing, demonic, extra tarestrial, or what?

I somehow got into reading about super string theory...the theory about what 'everything is made of' and I linked on and on until I came upon this 11:11 thing. I really don't know much about it. The link above to website crystalinks.com is pretty interesting. Lots to read about extraterrestrials and stuff. Check it out.

I will read it later i suppose. First it was particles for everything, that wouldn't hold up to some scrutiny so they went to a string theory. That also failed after awhile. Then there is a plane (or is it plain) theory. I saw this on a science channel once.

Then they got into deminsions. I think for now they decided there needs to be 12 demensions to make there math calculations work.

Just add more numbers..... sooner or later you'll find something to prove anything.

this is part of an email that I got...I probably put my email on something Im not aware of and I got many of these type things back to me. I don't know what it all means. I was hoping someone out there would have a clue and explain it to me......

I think the 11:11 phenomenon is either that our own DNA is switching itself on to its extra levels or that external agents (suggestion – angels) are catalysing & encouraging the change.  The veil that obscures the true nature of things will in time become less opaque and we will be able to relax our dualistic interpretations. How this will happen I don’t know. But I suspect it will be by working together and sharing experiences and insights that this will become possible.

I can recommend two books by David Wood – Genisis & Geneset that set out the arguments for our genetic heritage.  There is so much beautiful geometry, linguistic and numerical coincidence that his conclusions are inescapable. Eg. For the bibles “Genesis” read Genes of Isis. For the Priory of Sion (apologies if you don’t know the story) – read Set, Isis, Osiris & Nephthys. Oh and incidentally the books also predict that we will be destroyed by a visitation from a large comet – yes the same one that destroyed Atlantis, caused the great flood of Noah, and facilitated the Exodus. Perhaps this is why we are waking up now – to give us time to do something about it.

Thoughts anyone

Love to you all

Mike

I have never brought this up, but 11:11 HAUNTS ME and my wife. If we look at the clock only twice a day, I can nearly guarentee 11:11 will be the time.

The Night time radio show COAST TO COAST AM starring George Norry - heard on AM over 500 station, so you can hear it no matter where you are in the US and much of Canada, has guest which claim it is a sign of enlightenment, a primmer to let you know that after 12-21-2012 (the END of the Myan Calandar) YOU will be one of the chosen ones to have a FOOT HOLD on a MAJOR shift in how the world will be.

It honestly is supposed to be a good thing, not a bad - but it is FREAKY. My other time, which is rare is 3:33 but I pay little attension to that time.

BTW... I wrote this (as I often do "without reading other replies") this gives me FRESH input with it being sculpted by other opinions.

I'll mention one other thing - the Coast to Coast AM show - is the highest (12-14 million nightly listeners) and on 7 nights a week - from 1am - 5am (est) I subscribe to the PODCAST version allowing me to have a edited commercial free version sent to my computer every morning to download into my mp3 player so I can listen to it at work or anytime at my leasure.

George Noory - the replacement for Art Bell the founder of C2C is a great show host and they cover VERY paranormal, conspiracy, UFO, topic there is. I can hear it on 28 radio stations at night with a simple handheld AM radio, with 500 station, you will no dobt find it.

Lastly a hint from a Ham operator with a good understanding of antenna and radio propagation - don't list for the CLOSEST STATION on AM at night, chances are, the signal SKIPS over you and you need to find on 400-600 miles away - www.coasttocoastam.com has an offiliates guide to help.

11:11 - It scares me, often stops me in my tracks and even kick me into the prayer (at least talking to God mode) just to be safe - but again, it supposed to be a good thing IF you see it WAY TOO OFTEN.

I do see it a lot (11:11) that is. I always get the feeling that it's sort of telling me 'Im on the right track' or 'you're doing the right thing keep going'...its also kind of spooky like you said, you see it and do a double take and then stare at it like it's saying something.
glad to know I"m not the only one who sees it. I thought I was a weirdo.
Well, maybe I am....

Ok, now the Mayan calandar thing really creeps me out.  Ever since I heard about that, on each new years I think 'only 6 more years left...'  also the 12-21 is the day before my bday.  Which I think is not a good omen...  I think that month I will max out all my credit cards :)   Seriously though, it always gives me a jolt on my bday and on new years.

Title: The recurrence of 11:11
Post by: Questor on May 11, 2006, 11:41:39 pm
Speaking of the recurrence of 11:11, the numbers lady - Glynis McCants, (http://www.numberslady.com) frequently on C2C, mentioned when you notice looking at the clock and it happens to read 11:11, meditate on that sequence of numbers and also something you need to have happen and amazingly many people have gotten what they asked for.

Sort of a wishing thing but more serious.  For many this seems to work!  Why, I'm not sure... but many unexplained things have happened on this planet without any rational explanation but they continue to occur.

Listen to the rebroadcast of her latest show with George Noorey.  It was on April 6th, 2006 and January 5th, 2006.  If you happen to have subscribed to the podcasts like many of us, you can play back those shows or go to Coast to Coast AM and listen to the rebroadcasts if they are still available.

She says, "When you see 11:11, what it means is that the universe has opened up to receive whatever it is you want."  So for the next 60 seconds you are supposed to recite positive affirmations and those things will have an impact on your life.  (This is out of her book, "Glynis Has Your Number", published by Hyperion Press.)

Cool book...my wife happened to buy it from Amazon.

I've heard her many times on C2c and it's always interesting how she can twist and tumble the numbers about.

I've have said many times that I believe God, the Universe, astronomy, astrology, numerology, and all other forms of math, science, beliefs and faiths are all somehow intertwined in an impossible to untie knot - at least not by man in THIS STAGE of his existance.

I'm a fan of George - as an old Art Bell lover (he always will be the keeper of the night and the master of the theatre of the mind) but George has an innocence about him that fills the dark-side void that Bell created.

Now of course Art is in the Philipinnes with his young chickie (no disrespect to women) and I'm sitting her wondering if and when they'll ever dig up Ramona - unless of course she was cremated. Sorry Art, but to many people, you fell into that infamous hole where OJ Simpson, Robert Blake, and others have escaped to.

Art will be back on in a few weeks broardcasting from the 17th or 19th (I forget) floor - never to return to the US - what can I say, I'll listen, to say otherwise would be a lie - I just bought his mourning hook, line and sinker and when I heard him say the RV where is beloved wife died would be sold along with all the other JUNK he gathered - I lost a lot of respect for that man.

ABOUT 11:11 (ugh - I even hate typing it - lol) I hope it is a good thing - if it is not, I surely am in trouble... I just noticed the time - I think I started this post at 11:11pm - someone shoot me.

Questor, it amazes me how few people know of C2C - with a nightly audience of 12 million, an archive of months and mp3s to subscribers - people don't know what they are missing.

I podcast everything and put it in my 6 gig Creative Zen Micro player to listen to at work EVERY DAY - I use BOSE Quiet Comfort 2 which is needed in my loud power plant. Not a bad set up huh :)

mizkidmas:

Coast to Coast AM (hosted by George Noory) is on nearly 500 radio stations INCLUDING 770 WABC which I'm sure you would get well at night.

The time is 1am EST to 5am EST (not sure if they have the weekend programming there or not - but there is a Sat. and Sun. show hosted typically by a fellow Ian Punnett.

Every imaginable topic from ghosts, to UFOs, to  Electronic Voice Phenomenon, to OBE, to Alien Abduction to all conspiracies are covered - it really is an awesome show.

Questor and I and a few million others pay for the pod-casting - we can listen to the shows live on the net, streaming past shows on the net or have automatically sent to us each day pod-casts - 4 shows, commercials eliminated and each section roughly 38 minutes rather than an hour with the commercials.

I'm not sure if you are a night person - but at www.coasttocoastam.com they have an affiliate station guide to help you find the best station in your area. Although WABC seems like the best station for me (I'm only 55 miles outside of NYC) their signal actually skips over me at night time (some of the magic of radio propagation) so I tend to listen to a station in West Virginia which is much more stable IF I have to list via radio at all.

As I say, I choose the pod-cast versions - commercial free is perfect for me especially at work. I can usually listen to two full shows every day while working.

Also at this link www.coasttocoastam.com/shows you will see a list of previous shows explained in detail, so you can really get an idea of the quality of guests and the topics of their shows. I think what makes it such a wonderful show is that the QUALITY of the guests (all professionals in different fields - many hyping books but it is done discreetly. But it is the answer to a void in many of us paranormal and conspiracy types.

reminds me of a lengthy but interesting email I recieved recently. Maybe some of you have seen this one. I still find it intriguing how all of this could possibly be such a coincidence... but, oh well...here it is:

I've always been fascinated by how you can tie in together unlike objects, find obscure connections - the Lincoln - JFK ones are amazing (look for the really long versions) and the Q33 NY was definitely creepy as it gets. The numbers often don't sway me much, it's interesting but seems to be too after the fact for me.

Islamic Radicals using Wingdings to pictorilise catestrophic events somehow doesn't seem to be too out-ragious to me, whether they knew about them or not, I'm not assuming, but the coincidence of the graphic message is boggling.

P.S. looking up Q33 now - just to refresh my mind :)

Just noting the first thing I found was

Jerry:

I've (and Tracey) have seen and pointed out 11:11 for many many years, long befor that tragic date. The time (according to expert numerologists (if there is such a thing) is a good thing, not a bad - although when you constantly see it, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Supposedly, it reflects a near distant date or time when man will be on an evolutionary or revolutionary discovery of space or consciousness - which one is unclear. I personally feel it is a consciousness uprising, a positive flow of inner spirit released in the world as if a billion swarms lit the sky at once.

It could be as simple as PROOF by induction of conscious energy through medication or other means. Man has forever tried to become one with a higher power through all types of means, I believe that something within 6 years (long story, beyond the Mayan Calendar even) will stun man into investigating his inner world with knowledge that there is one to connect with - one that doesn't suffer the physical ailments and tragidies on the body.

We all have a conscious being, a pain free being with our knowledge and hopefully a shared web of Universal answers. We are nothing more than it's vessel in our flesh - absolute proof of that would not require faith, and in a world where faith alone connects us with a higher power, imagine what proof might achieve. Just some thoughts.

it's funny to me, when our people send this kind of E-mails.
afghanistan has only 10 letter, hence we don't have that H in the afghanistan. george W bush, that W means something.  we write our calendar 11.9.. but i think most of it is answered in the likn John gave. it's funny though, quite a few people even argued with me about this to the stage of hatrid...people are so naive.

The only significance I know is that the time chosen for signing the armistice at the end of WW1 (which was a really big deal at the time) was"the 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month".

Someone surely attached considerable importance to this figure; possibly it is Masonic, or was important to the "Illuminati" or some such secret organization. I doubt if it was a coincidence.

33 seems to be another "important number" with some.

Whatever the case may be, I have no hatred toward anyone nor do I support hatred. I just thought the email received was interesting. The fact that someone could possibly tie the number 11 into so many adjacent subjects has me bewildered. But, as someone has mentioned before in this forum, one can attach meaning and congruency to anything he/she chooses in some way and in whatever way they seem fit to do so.

To me, when I see 11:11,my whole "persona" so -to -speak says "hey, pay attention, this means something"......I just don't know if or what it means.
It reminds me of that Mayan calendar, and the year 2012.....
some sort of change....is it a good change,?.....a bad one?.....are we to feel scared, enlightened, encouraged, or just shrug our shoulders and say.....it's all a bunch of hooooeeyyy!!!
I don't know.
But I love to hear your responses!

hate to point this out but if you look up that verse in the koran it doesn't exist.  People do have a tendency to find what they are looking for in random events and create order.  I have always had the number 21 pop up.  It makes me laugh, sometimes its at important times, other times its nonsensical.  However according to the personality cards of the tarot, my fiances number is 21.  That sent a chill down my spine, when I worked it out.  Gematria is the ancient hebrew numerology and it boggles my mind.  I have been facinated for years with it.  The hebrew language has 22 letters, 21 plus 0.   There are 21 paths on tree of life, coresponding some say to the 22 major arcana of the classic tarot.  The fool represents 0.  Ok I have to stop now my brain is buzzing and ticking, have to go watch tv....... :-D

I mentioned that my wife Tracey was in an auto accident, which totaled her car out at $15,800. So needless to say, that is at least a good downpayment on a new car - we were planning on paying full by check, but that was none of their business - never et a car dealership as HOW you are planning to pay, that is NONE OF THERE BUSINESS - their ONLY CONCERN is WHETHER YOU CAN PAY OR NOT. The last thing in negotiations is how you will pay.

You financing thru them  is most often done at the dealership level and it is where they make there money. New cars don't have a huge profit or bartering range -- you can mostly get added features like 3 year satalite, navagation system, or in our case a 6 cd changer in dash which plays mp3s and audiobook style and full ipod or other mp3 player in its own nice convienent drawer, with dc power adapter for cellphones and other toys.

So she got a new 2008 Subaru Outback, after owning the sportier small Impreza (which saved her life from injury during the crash - the car got totaled, but she was unhirt. Her car took a licken, smashed all the way to the window and zero internal damage.

So my point is - lol. Wouldn't you know it, the dealer pulls out a REGISTRATION/INSPECTION STICKER dated 11/11 or November 2011 is when she forst needs an inspection.

11-11 haunts some people, but it is SUPPOSEDLY a time oof enlightement and a reassurence that this person DOES have a guardian angel over their sholder. There... my little 11-11 story - ugh :)

So nice that she got a brand new car, that would make one's day for surely, yea.   Have a great and wonderful day.  Cindi
