Not sure what you are asking. If you are talking about the honey frame, yes they will use it.
If you are talking about saving the brood after you scrape the brood off of a frame, no they will just eat the larvae or remove it from the hive. If it is all natural wax, you could cut it out and place it in an open area of a frame in the brood box and they will repair it and add it to the frame.
How much are you talking about, if it is a small area, I would not worry about it. If you have several supers, you could move the frame up a super, the bees will hatch and then they will fill it with honey.
