My wife has just gone out to walk the dog and she thinks that I'm hard at work on the business! But I'm actually enjoying looking at the photo's in this forum and couldn't resist posting a couple of my own (hope they come out)...
This is me cutting out a comb of heather honey, straight from the North York Moors, ready for pressing - strong flavoured, delicious!

Here's a comb of Borage honey - this batch was gin clear.

This is my honesty stall at the bottom of the garden - here with jars of Rape honey. I recently bought a cloche, which enables me to have the stall out in all weathers - no theft of honey or money yet!

ps. I got about $6 / pound How does that compare with the US?

NICE PIC'S, that sure is some pretty white cappings you got on that frame

I think $6 a pound is a fair price. I just saw local honey at the supermarket for $8.50 a pound.
I was getting $5 last year, $6 this year.

Sc we get 6.$ a pint....If the price of jars keep going up I will have to charge more...thought about charging 6.50$ and give .50cents back if the return the Jar.

I've been selling for $5.00 a pint (1.5 pounds). I guess I need to bring up my prices.

Gorgeous! :D
