I did one in a garage wall once, sheetrock wall. Cut the sheetrock and pried first piece out and pinched the queen. All within the first 2-3 minutes of being there. Worse feeling ever, then you have an entire removal to do knowing you killed their queen!

Oh yeah, man, that hurts! Everytime I see one of us, bee rescuers  :-D, catch the queen, it sure puts a nice big smile on my face.
