Hello from NC!
« on: June 27, 2011, 11:45:05 pm »
Just a quick note to introduce myself...I'm relatively new to beekeeping..3rd year. Always had an interest in bees and recognized how valuable they were to the environment etc..but didn't know anyone that kept bees. Or so I thought!! I saw an article for a free beginners bee class in Davidson County, NC and after the first session I was hooked!! Once I started mentioning it...I was amazed at the people I knew that currently  had bees or had been in the past. It is a fascinating "hobby" and I plan to enjoy working with them until I'm no longer able!!

Hello, Red. Pull up a chair and stay awhile.
