In hive frame feeder

I bought those man Lake frame feeders the black one that hold about a gallon. I'm using 10 frame deeps. I can only fit eight frames in there .there is probably room for another frame but i have to jam it in there . is that normal

When it doubt, use a bigger hammer.   :-D

Are they just bowing out in the middle when full of syrup?   I now have mostly all yellow hard plastic ones that do now bow out.
