Came home yesterday and my back porch was covered with flying bees. Swarm was coming in to one of the nucs on the top rail. Got video of the swarm after taking the box. You can see the bees with their rears in the air fanning like mad.
Check a box out in the woods and it looks like bees were using then found a swarm in the front yard near dark. All this from that cold snap we had.

Did you use something to lure them, lemongrass oil maybe?

Yes, and old comb. Had one swarm today coming home from church that landed on one of my traps. Moved them into a full box. Got a video of my son playing with that swarm. I will post it later.

Listen to the slap on neck right near the end of the video. He smacked a bee on his neck and it stung him. He is back out with them in a few hours.
