To many mite calculation is a dera hobby. You should continue a month to reviele "the truth".

These two are Finnish professionals in beekeeping

Finnish beekeeping specialist Ari Seppälä calculated from Finnish

1 week ---- 54 %
2 week ---- 20 %

4 week ------8 %
5 week ------5 %

A finnish researcher Seppo Korpela has calculated during many years mites' drop

year 2000  altogether 34468 falled mites

1-2 weeks 96%
3-4. weeks 2,4 %

v. 2004 ... 10730 mites:

1-2 weeks 98 %
3-4 weeks 2 %

Y  2005....  12270 mites

Finksy, see, I am not the only one that is interested in mite counting.  It is a hobby of mine to keep bees, and to know what is going on within colonies makes my hobby even more understandable.  Hobbies are time consuming and a wonderful thing to be involved in.  Hobbies are works of love, otherwise, why bother with the hobbies.  To understand everything about a hobby might make a person good at their hobby.  That is my inspiration, to become excellent at my hobby.  One day, my hobby may make me some money, too.  That is a good thing.  I will count mites, I will be informed.  Have a great and wonderful day.  Cindi

By the way, for you, Finsky:

Quote from Finsky:
Quote
Pittääkö se vientöö raatalankasta. Hyvvee päävän jatkoo sullennii.

Do I have to draw it for you?  Anyways, have a good day
There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold.  The Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run cold.  The Northern Lights have seen queer sights, but the queerest they ever did see, what the night on the marge of Lake Lebarge, I cremated Sam McGee.  Robert Service

Finsky, the world of cyberspace.  My Sister-in-Law (Finnish) has a friend, Eija, who lives in the northern part of Finland.  Eija understood this dialect, she translated for me.  Kiitos.  Have a wonderful and great day, don't spend too much time scratching yourself, that can lead to problems.  Cindi

Might be too late, if favorite thing is to scratch, problems exist already! :-D
Scratch, scratch, scratch your way to good beekeeping.

Sincerely, JP
