i know you are primarily interested in beekeeping stuff in this forum however i'm out of ideas where to look,  i need an older lincon ranger or even better yet a miller bobcat welder,  gas operated and one with a shot gas motor would be even better, in colorado area.  i have one with a fried stator and i need parts
vegetarian???  isn't green stuff for growing meat?

Are you talking about one of those old portable welders from WWII? I built a trailer using one of them. The engine finally cratered and I mounted it to a frame with some pulleys and belts to get the RPMs up and use it behind an old Ford 8N tractor. Doesn't work as well as it did with the Briggs and Straton however.

I had to put it in the Alternator shop for repairs. Can't remember now what was wrong with it.


I might be willing to let it go..... Let me think about it.

this one wont be 20 years till next spring,  miller tells me that they cant get the stator anymore but yes it is a small portable that runs off of a gas motor and i am hoping to find something i dont hafta drive or ship too far for
