I read Seneca and I thought in Lucius Annaeus Seneca, the Hispanic writer of "Hercules furens", "De Senectute"... and Nero´s tutor.

Hi, Hi, finally I have been reading the Ohio History and Seneca is an Indian tribu. :) The Earth is so small   :-D

And I thought of a completely different Seneca...

"Most powerful is he who has himself in his own power."
Seneca, Roman philosopher (c.3 B.C.–A.D. 65)

And then I had to search to find out what a "Soakum Festival" was...

"The Soakum Festival is held the last Saturday weekend of September and depicts frontierlife in the 1800’s. Noble County once had a little town called Soakum. The real name was Matrim, but because of the sky-high liquor prices the townspeople charged their guests, it was better known as Soakum."
