Got it Done! I took a plastic pool and put it over my head for 10 minutes while i shook out the bees. (It was raining) Anyways, the queen cage had a piece of cork, but no candy so I took the cork out, and just put her in there. She probably got out 2 minutes later. This should be fine, correct?

Thank you everyone for helping me out on my journey of beekeeping, I will probably ask you a few questions in a week when I open it up!

Happy Beekeeping

Your most welcome and we look forward to your questions :)

I'm assuming your package was installed on foundation.
Are you feeding 1:1 sugar water?

That's what I'd do, except I'd like the cage out of the way so they don't build comb on it.
