Post by: pdmattox on June 30, 2006, 07:57:09 pm
I'm planting canola this weekend for the bee's and other wildlife, but mostly for the bee's.  I bought enough seed to do 20 acres.  Hope to have lot's of honey!  Last weekend i planted black oilseed sunflowers is 10' strips in some of my bigger pastures.

My god, a land baron.  20 acres on which to plant rape seed just to feed the bees.  Oh, such luxury.

How did your Canola turn out should all have been ripe by now.
