Title: Weekend frustration

Saturday I drove down to Jones Bee Company in Salt Lake City to buy several medium supers. When I got there they told me that they were all out and had no idea when they would get more from Dadant as they are having a hard time keeping them in stock.

Anyone else having problems getting materials they need? Does this kind of thing happen often in the fall, or it is a weird thing that normally doesn't happen?

So many bee supply places are re-sellers for the larger supply houses.  My words of advice is to know what/whom you are dealing with and to call ahead of time.  

I've ordered stuff in the past and it has been back-ordered for a few weeks.  If I had made a long trip and that was the case,  I would also be P.Oed.
