Hive Inspection Forms.

I couldn't find anything through search, so...before I start from scratch, does anyone use a Form or checklist to help monitor hives?
I would think that it would be helpful for us beginners to look for and monitor a bunch of different parameters needed for a successful hive.
I don't know what all would be useful...Date, time and weather for sure......I'm thinking other things that, if known, would be helpful in diagnosis of problems.

Each inspection is different.  Different objectives at different times of the year.  Still you have a point--a check list would make it easier for the newbee and act as a reminder of what should be looked for until it becomes rote.
