Nice swarm.  So my question is this did you have to find the Queen or did they march in on their own.

after the first bunch fell in the hive, the others began to march in on there own.after about 30 min all but a very few were flying around.waited till after church and all were in the box, closed them up and took it on to the house.looks like its going to be a good bunch of bees.thanks     bill

Good catch Bill! I'm having a little trouble understanding the pictures, is the vine on your side of the fence? They were just on the vine or on the vine and the fence?

yep JP they were on my side of the fence, and they were only on the vine.it was kind of odd to get them off.mr fred said if i damaged his vine he was gonna whoop my but,and it would have looked real bad for me to have to take one,but he could have done it!before i shook them off i turned the box sideways and under them the best i could.about 2/3 of them fell in the box when i first shook them, then i turned  the box entrance twards the rest and they started marching in.     bill

how did yall make it throught that bad weather yesterday and this morning.hope no damage.    bill
