he feeds syrup.  I used his terrarium heater suggestion and it made a big difference here on the Wasatch.  The bees utilized more brood area more quickly than I expected.

The weather just won't settle down here.  It snowed Monday, and has rained the last 2 days.

I have  8 litre  plastic box on top. To one box hive it needs 2 box syrup and for 2 box hive  3 box. Bees take syrup in during one week.  Syrup is 60%.

That terrarium heater. It is now third spring I use it. Works splended with protein feeding.
