In hive cameras
« on: September 29, 2007, 09:58:25 am »
I'm interested in buying some video cameras to put inside the hives. I think it would be neat to be able to log on the computer and see activity, especially in the winter when wondering if the hive is doing alright. Does anyone have knowledge of what type of camera would be the right one for an internal web cam?

I have used a camera like this. It has a highly flexible end and is very small. It is nice when you are trying to find where the bees are in the wall.

It takes an accessory from Rigid to hook it up to a camera or computer. I have never tried it that way.

I borrow this from one of my friendly plumbing contractors when I need to.
