Title: Jasmine
Post by: Vetch on July 22, 2008, 02:45:05 pm
Just got an Arabian Jasmine (Jasminum sambac) plant from a local nursery, put it on the back patio. Incredible - a lot of flowers, with an incredible smell. This is the plant used to scent jasmine tea.

Ok, so a preliminary search of the web turns up some places saying that planting jasmine is good for bees ... but there are many types of jasmine, and the references that came up were from sources that probably don't know a lot about bees.  Any one know the scoop on jasmine and honey?
