fondant is a sugar candy for feeding bee's during the winter months when they cant get to sugar syrup, here a recipe, Robo has a recipe also

It can be found at any baking supply place.....should be real easy to find in Jersey. Its not usually real cheap so you may want to learn how to make it.

If I had to use sugar candy I'd make it my self.
If you get it from a source that makes other stuff like candy etc. it is possible it may have some other stuff in it that would be harmful to your girls.

I went to a wedding yesterday and the cake had fondant on it.  lol.  Should have snagged some for ya and mailed it.  lol

walmart or sams club. ask at the walmart bakery.
