Are any of our fellow forum members from up around Echuca? or anywhere in Vic where's there's a high density of Red Gum? is it coming on the flower in your area?

Is that along the Wimmerra River Eco-house? How long has it been going for?

Sharing sites used to be accepted before some dishonest pricks come along as a Euc flow has never been known to deplete honey from as many boxes as you can cram onto a site. Think about it up your way if the Eucs are flowering. Costermann did some research on yields and flowering to come to this conclusion back in the 70's

hi Oz

i thought i made a reply to this last night but clearly not

all the red gum along the Murray between robin vale, swan hill and cohuna and kerang have peatered out.

a few weeks back it was still going strong...could be the extended hot period we are having, didn't get across the other side this trip.

I can tell you that the mallee is still going nuts and there are more variety ready to pop in vast stretches up this way.
