Valarium swarm #2 4-20-11

Was heading into Knoxville to start getting my daughters dorm room cleaned out when I got a swarm call at the Valarium again. I was only minutes away and just happen to have a big box oil came in that I had made into a swarm catching box.

Pretty good sized swarm on the side of the wall in the patio area again. Had to borrow some duct tape and a couple of ladders. The band that was playing tonight had to hurry up and get their gear inside so I could go to work. Scooped the off of the wall and put them into the box and just in the nick of time, it came a huge thunder boomer and gully washer. I guess the gals were just glad to have a dry spot to get into. No time to look for the queen either.

I did not have my camera but several folks did take pics and said they would send them to me, we'll see.

Think I will take a swarm box and stick it on the roof of the building

Looks like they found a home on the side of that wall.   Maybe they like the music.

Glad your were able to get them. 
Its good to know there are swarms around here.  I have my name with several places, but still waiting on my first swarm call.

Great pics.  Thanks.    Maybe you should talk to them about putting up some swarm traps on the roof of that building.
