The newly formed hive makes three for me. One too many for the back yard.
Do I
1. Offer it at cost to someone on here.
2. Find out who is leasing the 20 acres out the back from the council and using it to get weight off cows and stick it there. This would involve me making a cart to remove frames back to the house a 10 minute walk each way. Its a safe location IMO, so very easy all round.
3. Flog it for the going rate through work, theres a lot of greenies there.

I have it good authority they make great Christmas presents... :-D

If one of your hives fail, Mick, you'd only have one left. I'd keep it out the back as a sparey. Besides, gym memberships are expensive these days, so you'd actually be making money on the free exercise.

I would speak to the neighbor and set it 1 meter into his yard.

If you can find a handy spot for it keep it.
