Post by: Arkwood on May 29, 2013, 02:38:50 pm
Florida (Jacksonville)

There are 2 types of Bees in the video, both do not look like any I have seen before

What kind of flower? All the Bees I saw were packing the pollen really well.

What kind of flower and what kind of bee? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJbL7d2mO5k#ws)

The flower is
Gaillardia pulchella
common name: Firewheel
State flower of Oklahoma

Initial bee pix were blurry, didn't use my time to look at the rest of your video.
