You are a lucky so and so. Must be warmer down there than we are here in Atlanta. Thanks for sharing the videos. :)

Hey Scott. I was walking out with smoker in hand when they went off. Traded smoker for a camera for a bit then went on to making nucs
Had a good day. Made 5 nucs and with the swarm that's 6. Not a bad few hours work.
I'm waiting on swarm calls to start big time !

Good video Bailey. Nice having swarm down where it is easy to get to. Most of mine last year were 10 to 15 feet. Did have 3 in a fig tree. All three in same tree in less than 24 hours. Yeap got to rambling again. Good luck with your bees.

Fun Fun! You can always tell who the beekeepers are in a crowd - since they're the ones who run into the middle of a swarm. (Good call grabbing the camera, too.)

Cool video thanks for sharing Bailey. I'm just up the road from you thanks for the heads up.

Nice set of videos Bailey. I have had bees for 3 years now and I still have not seen a hive exit for a swarm. My wife was in to house last year when the observation hive, in our the closed -in-patio, started to swarm. She could hear it in the whole house and went out there to see it exit. It stayed just outside because the week before I had switched to the QE opening knowing it was going to swarm. I ended up spliting out 2 of the 3 frames to a new hive. I just split the 2 frame hive again this week.

Really nice set of short videos. I would love to see a swarm in person ... Hoping I'd know what to do with it! Thanks!
-
Great capture and nice nuc box! We've got another 4-6 weeks before we can expect swarming here. Still fun to watch someone else having some fun capturing a swarm.

Glad you like the nuc design. :-D
Thanks. They work great!
