Yea, the server seems to be down, or the link isn't quite right.  I switched to the IE engine and it wouldn't load, either, so it isn't a Firefox problem.

It's just that so many apologize for their english, at least they can speak and communicate a little.  I did learn french in high school, and can muddle along with it.
