Post by: Evan W on August 18, 2012, 06:50:31 pm
Are all hair clip queen catchers the same? I want to get a few just in case I need one, but I want something that wont let me down.

This is the one you want, I have several. I've tried them all and this is the most durable.

I have bought the plastic ones from Brushy Mtn. and Kelley's. I have broken both styles, my fault of course. I did like one over the other because of the "ears" (where you squeeze it to make it open) did not stick out as far, can't remember which one at the moment. I would suggest if you plan to use them often, just buy several at one time since shipping will be the biggest cost in this purchase.

I like the clear plastic over either the metal or white plastic. I have destroyed all 3 types, so none are indestructible.

The smaller ears are better than the larger ears, as they will lay on the bottom board under the frames without opening from frames setting on the ears.

I tend to loose them instead of breaking them............
