It looks like a bucket, fitted with a salad spinner.  My wife tried to use a nearly identical looking salad spinner to extract cut comb last summer, but the spin mechanism couldn't really handle the weight.  Maybe this one works better.

They call it a 2 gallon extractor, but the working capacity is aprox. 1.25 gal.   For $70, you can take a bucket and a rope and pay some kids to spin it over their heads and do a better job.

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

Yes it is nothing more than a bucket fitted with a salad spinner and no this one can't handle the weight of anything substantial either. If you only want to extract enough for one biscuet at a time, this "extractor" (now over $90 w/shipping) is your perfect buy. Otherwise, don't waste your time with this scam. A $14 salad spinner and a $3 bucket with a "Honey Extractor" label is all this guy is selling.
