Buying equipment in Massachusetts
« on: January 23, 2005, 12:24:47 pm »
I just bought my woodenware and equipment.  I purchased at Lagrants in Ware, MA and I have to say these are the nicest people I have ever dealt with.  They put everything into bags for me, and then showed me how to assemble and wire the frames and install the foundation.

Their complete beekeeping kit has everything, including a jig to wire the frames. And definitely the best price for the equipment.

Thank you Jay for recommending them, they are fantastic, and I can't wait to go back in May to get my nucs.

No problem, Amy. How long did it take you to drive out there? :D
By the rude bridge that arched the flood
Their flag to Aprils breeze unfurled
Here once the embattled farmers stood
And fired the shot heard round the world

I drove from Milford, it took me an hour. I drove straight home to Andover after pickup and it took me just over an hour, maybe an hour and 15 -20 minutes.
